The first academies addressed succession planning and career building to reward and motivate key people. Q. Who has time to read 10 books? A. No one has the time! The best leaders learn to carve time into their daily schedule. Our “Reading Mastery” program suggests 14 minutes a day (7 pages). Q. Have you done the Academy for large corporations? A. Yes, our client list includes Fortune 100 corporations that have done several versions of our 10-month program. Q. What government agencies have run the program? A. City and Town governments, U.S. National Laboratories and Stanford University have trusted us to train their leaders. Q. How do we enroll our employees? A.
