You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Griggs Achievement reserves the right to change or cancel a program at any time. If a Griggs Achievement program is cancelled you can either receive a full refund of the amount paid or (if you choose) apply the funds as a credit towards another program. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or email and must be received 15 days prior to the event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. 02/06/15
